Imagine that the baby you hold now will someday want to tell your first grandchild what it was like when he or she was growing up. Our portraits will help you illustrate the story.

Make it last Forever

"A photograph never grows old.  You and I change, people change all through the months and years but a photograph always remains the same.  How nice to look at a photograph of  mother or father taken many years ago.  You see them as you remember them.  But as people live on, they change completely.  That is why I think a photograph can be kind."

-Albert Einstein

“We want to be your family photographer,” says Yoti Telio, Santa Clarita Photographic Studio owner.

Yoti and his talented, dedicated staff put great value on the relationships they build as they get to know a family and their needs.

“We like to follow a couple from their engagement party and wedding to Mom’s first maternity, and as they see their first child come into the world and grow up through all the stages to adulthood," he says. "We want to witness and document the love they feel at these most important times of their lives.”

Building this kind of personal relationship over time allows the photographer to become part of the family. “Everyone, especially the children, has seen you many times,” Yoti says. “They’re more relaxed around you, so you get the most intimate, unforgettable images.”

Weddings, birthdays and funerals are the times when families most often reunite, and there are many priceless moments to capture.

“There aren’t too many other occasions that can get family members from every generation together at the same time,” Yoti observes. “Some of our most remarkable portraits represent three and sometimes four generations. Most of the time when generational shots like those are created, it’s the last image of all those folks together.”

This underscores the ever-increasing value of family heirloom photography.

“Often within a few months after an event like this, we receive a request for additional copies of a particular generational shot because one of the family members has passed away,” Yoti says. “It’s bittersweet. We're very sorry for their loss, but at the same time we're happy we were able to create something as meaningful to them as that image.”
